- IRS Form W-9
Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. A W-9 is required on all non-retirement accounts. In most cases the Account Application serves as a W-9.
- IRS Form W-8
Certificate of Foreign Status. This form serves as a W-9 for Foreign Nationals who do not have a United States tax ID number.
- IRS Form 1001
Ownership, Exemption, or Reduced Rate Certificate. This form must accompany Form W-8 accounts for Foreign Nationals.
